PILLOWS / TEXTILES / DECOR SHIPPING:
We strive to have all in stock items shipped as fast as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for your items to ship. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Depending on stock availability, some pillows will require time for manufacturing and will ship within three weeks. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 days.

RUG SHIPPING:
Depending on availability, rugs are usually shipped within two weeks of purchase date and are final sale.

FURNITURE SHIPPING:
Indigo Home + Dry Goods furniture is shipped through a third party freight carrier within 4 weeks, providing the item is in stock with our vendors. We will be sure to notify you if there is an extended backorder date. Once your order is placed, you have a 24-hour grace period to cancel it by contacting indigoencinitas@gmail.com. After 24 hours, the order is in process, cannot be cancelled and is considered final sale. When your furniture is ready for delivery, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Your furniture will be brought into the room of your choice, so please make sure that the area is clear. Additionally, the freight carrier is not responsible for assembly or trash removal.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Indigo Home + Dry Goods  is currently only set up for shipping within the continental United States, so we do not accept international orders at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING :
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
